Hanging With Their Creature Friends Get Ready, It's the Hour We're Gonna See Some Animals Today With Creature Power!

Hallelujah wanted a Wild Kratts birthday party this year. I think I delivered.

Decorations were all off Amazon:

We made a ZackBot Piñata:

and I made Creature Power Suits and Creature Power Discs for all our guests, which, despite the plan of having her first giant friend party this year, was only one family because the Delta Variant of Covid is wreaking havoc in our area.
I cut the sleeves off black T shirts and hot glued felt. The thicker felt worked much better, as the thinner felt showed hot glue lines.

It's party time!!!
When the kids arrived the got on their Creature Power Suits.  We started off with lunch and then watched the short  Happy Birthday video from  Wild Kratts.

It was time to use Creature Power Discs! Before handing out and disc, I told the kids facts about that animal. An Educational Party! Actually, because all these kids love Wild Kratts, they already know every fact except one. So mostly it was just educational for me.

For our first game we used two creature powers: Cheetah and Cheetal (a deer from India) we played a game called Che-che-che, which is so fun! half the players are Cheetahs and have are Chetals, they stand back to back. If the Indian princess calls out Che Che CheeTAH then the cheetahs turn and chase the cheetals across their base. If she calls out Che Che CheTAL then the chetals turn and chase the cheetah across their base.

It was such a fun game! The Cheetah team wore their cheetah creature power discs and the cheetals wore their cheetal creature power discs.  We would have played a lot longer is it wasn't so hot!! Thankfully, then next creature power was an Archer fish! We handed the Wild Kratts super soakers and had them shoot down their food:

We had taped up bugs on the fence.

Next up was the Creature Power Race! First they had to be a polar bear and jump from iceberg to iceberg, next we the platypus where they had to carry their egg in their  pouch (a napkin) without touching the egg. At last they had to be a caterpillar and wrap themselves up in a cocoon!

And then our last part of the party: The two six year olds stayed Wild Kratts, but  the older siblings became the villains:  Paisley Paver, Donita Denota, and Zack Varmatech.

They went to their stations and the Wild Kratts were called out to meet a brand new creature! Jewel fish! They went outside and...OH NO! The fish were gone!!

Pasiley Paver had taken the fish! The Wild Kratts has to save these creatures! Luckily, Paisley left a note saying she had taken the fish to the bottom of the stairs.  The Wild Kratts ran to the bottom of the stairs:

Pasiley Paver challenged them to an animal fact-quiz, which the Wild Kratts passed! But Paisley Paver said Donita had taken the fish! They rushed to the porch:

The Wild Kratts had to use the bat creature power to use echolocation to make to their goal. They put on blindfolds (face masks are multi-use) and Donita clicked her tounge slow if they were headed in the wrong direction, and fast if they were headed in the right direction! It was just a blindfolded game of hot and cold. They made it to the goal (The mailbox) and Donita was forced to tell them that Zack had taken the fish to the backyard! They raced around and OH NO! A Zachbot!!

Piñata time!!

with his ZackBot destroyed, Zack was forced to tell them the location of the fish

Nana did such an amazing job making this cake!!!
